Andre Kellum, Sr CEO/Principal Consultant
Andre Kellum Sr. is the CEO and Principal Consultant of A.G. Kellum and Associates which he founded in June 1996. As a workforce practitioner and strategist, he has made a tremendous impact in workforce development.
AGK and Associates has assisted numerous job-seeking clients and organizations achieve their goals. AGK and Associates, LLC teams were successful with designing a dual-focused workforce models that resulted in over 22,000 individuals gaining employment with regional businesses and instrumental in duplicating this model nationally. Requested by numerous government, workforce councils and not-for-profit agencies to consult, analyze and implement similar workforce and training models, AGK and Associates, LLC continues to impact local workforce strategy, including training other workforce practitioners on best practices and implementation strategies.
In recent years, Mr. Kellum was requested by the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership to consult and facilitate a community-based and now regional virtual job club that has impacted multiple job seekers with employment.
