Andre Kellum Sr. is the CEO and Principal Consultant of A.G. Kellum and Associates which he founded in June 1996. As a workforce practitioner and business ally for 24 years he has made a tremendous impact in workforce development.

As a Consultant and Executive, Mr. Kellum and his teams have assisted numerous job-seeking clients and organizations achieve their goals. A.G. Kellum and Associate teams were successful with designing a dual-focused workforce model that resulted in over 20,000 individuals gaining employment in various career sectors with local regional businesses and instrumental in duplicating this model regionally. Requested by numerous governments, workforce councils and not-for-profit agencies to consult, analyze and implement similar workforce and training models, Mr. Kellum continues to impact local workforce strategy, including training other workforce practitioners on best practices and implementation strategies.
